Book to Film Friday: Cian MacKeltar

Book to Film Friday

Character: Cian MacKeltar
Author: Karen Marie Moning
Series: Highlander

So today we’d like to share with you the man we’d select to portray the devilishly handsome ,shamelessly erotic and sexy as hell, Celtic warrior if the book was adapted into film.

Description of Cian MacKeltar: Wide-shouldered and powerful, all rippling muscle, topped by the dark, savagely beautiful face of an avenging angel. His noble Celt bloodline, true to its aggressive warrior-aristocracy heritage, also bequeathed him a lion’s share of sexuality; a simmering, scarce-contained eroticism that shaped his very walk, underscored his every move... Ready. Set. Fantasize. Go!

Holy Joe Manganiello!! Yes he’s been my pick for B2F characters in the past just ignore the grandma cardigan but Joe portraying the gorgeous, highly sexual and at times absurdly arrogant Cian MacKeltar just screams perfect match to me. ****************************************************************************************************************

Ok. This one was easy for me. When I read the book I had one image in my mind. Chris Hemsworth has the look, the body…O does he have the body…and the sex appeal just oozes.

Gerard ButlerOnce again, this was not easy but I think that Gerard Butler more than fits the bill.  He’s tall, dark & sexy…not to mention Scottish…everything about him screams Cian McKeltar!!

So I “researched” this before I checkout what the other Litbrarians posted. Well, Ana and I are on the same wavelength here. I also chose Gerard Butler. He was made to be Cian. He just needs to grow his hair out and find a mirror. RAWR!

So… we’d LOVE to know….. Who’s YOUR Cian MacKeltar?
