swooned over Anna & Kaidan in Sweet Evil (The Sweet Trilogy #1) by Wendy Higgins.
His mouth found mine in the dark, fiery and rough. I gave a tiny whimper before melting into him and pulling his face down to mine even harder. In that kiss we spoke all of the things we couldn’t say. He kissed me with an urgency born of some strong, unstable emotion: fury. I tried to imagine the nature of that feeling. Was he angry because of how I made him feel? Angry that he was powerless to change tonight’s outcome? I didn’t know, but I welcomed it.

swooned over Alison and Sebastian in Ultraviolet (Ultraviolet #1) by RJ Anderson
A feverish warmth flooded my body as I realized what was about to happen. I’d dreamed of this moment, but I hadn’t wanted it to be like this, all tangled up in grief and the desperate need for comfort. Yet as Faraday’s lips whispered along my hairline, grazed the curve of my cheek, and brushed across my lashes, all my resistance melted. I couldn’t pull away.
His mouth hovered over mine, an unspoken question. I breathed a silent yes, and as we kissed his hand spread warm across the small of my back, right where his voice touched me.
Comet trails of indigo and violet streaked through my inner vision, and electricity sparked all over my skin. Our breaths mingled, quick and shallow, while my lips melted open and the blood pounded through me in a pleasure so intense it was only a shade away from pain. I had never been this close to another human being, yet I ached to pull him even closer, to merge into him like one drop of water into another and lose myself, even if only for a little while.
It was so tempting to give in. To lie down and pull him over me like a blanket, to bury myself in the wight of his body and the touch of his lips and hands. To shut out the rest of the universe and abandon myself completely to sensation, for as long I as I could make this moment last.
swooned over Hunter Kennedy in Unmaking Hunter Kennedy by Anne Eloit
She gasped and then bit down on her bottom lip. He could tell she was about to do that crying thing.
“Don’t cry,” he pleaded. “I have to finish. For the first time in my life, I love and understand the person I see when I look in the mirror. It’s the same person I see reflected back at me in your beautiful eyes. It’s simply me. And I like how you like me. As is. Scarred, with a too-low voice, always hungry and everything else in between.”
She smiled and he knew she totally got what he meant.
“This is a gift you helped me find. I don’t think I will ever be able to repay you for showing it to me.”
“You-don’t need to-ever-and you know-you-just-you—” Vere gasped and shook her head.
He could tell her shyness was not allowing her to continue. Her eyes held back a tangle of words he knew she wanted to shout out in his defense.
He moved aside and took up both of her hands in his again.
“I know it’s too much for you to hear all of this in one night. But I have to say it again. I’ve fallen completely in love with you, Vere..”

swooned over Chloe and Kellan in A Matter of Fate by Heather Lyons
He takes a step closer, looking, for once, dark and dangerous as opposed to beautiful and loving. And then, inexplicably, he pulls me up against me and kisses me hard, my mind, already on the verge of a total meltdown, transitions into self-survival mode. There is nothing I can do except kiss him back like my very life depends on it. Like he’s the air I need to breath.
