Is this love or just a game?

Tori Rivera thinks Jamie McCade is rude, arrogant, and worst of all . . . the sexiest man she’s ever laid eyes on. His reputation as a player is almost as legendary as his surfing skills. No matter how her body heats up when he’s around, she’s determined not to be another meaningless hookup.

Jamie McCade always gets what he wants. The sickest wave. The hottest women. And Tori, with her long legs and smart mouth, is definitely the hottest one. He knows Tori wants him—hell, most women do—but she won’t admit it. After months of chasing and one unforgettable kiss, it’s time for Jamie to raise the stakes.

Jamie promises that soon Tori won’t just want him in her bed, she’ll be begging for it—and he might be right. Somehow he’s found the spot in her heart that makes her open up like never before. But with all she knows about his past, can she really trust what’s happening between them? Is Jamie playing for keeps or just playing to win?

I loved this quick and hot romance! I If you are looking for a great guilty pleasure read this story is perfect. I read book the first book in the Dirty Deeds series, Four Letter Word, and adored Brian and Sydney. When I found out this installment was about the amazing secondary characters, Tori and Jamie, I knew I had to have it. Oh was I right!

The plot was simple, yet captured me from the start. This was about two people who weren’t looking for each other, but certainly had an undeniable connection whenever they crossed paths. It also made for plenty of great banter. As much as Tori tried to ignore her feelings, I knew in the end that she would cave and I’d see them get a shot at a relationship and go from more than just physical attraction.

The characters Tori and Jamie… oh I loved them both. I don’t normally like games, but here, when Tori played them it felt like it was because she was insecure. She didn’t want to, but she genuinely was nervous to put her heart out there. Jamie McCade was the total opposite and I loved his confidence. It didn’t hurt that he was hot as hell, a champion surfer, and had a piercing on his CENSORED. There was one thing that was inconsistent and drove me crazy, and that was the way he spoke. It was so uneducated sounding and different than the way he thought. It didn’t translate for me. I get that he was supposed to be abrupt and say what was on his mind, but it didn’t match the thoughts in his head. However, he was a hot mofo so I got over it and accepted it as part of his “charm”.

The romance was based on sexual chemistry but slowly turned into more and I loved watching it grow. The smexy times were off the charts, and let me tell you…the dirty talk is pretty crazy and Jamie doesn’t really hold back…at all. WIN!

There was a build up right before the end and Tori irked me there, but in the end she came around. I felt like she was being immature and it came out of left field and was manufactured girl drama. Jamie stood tough though and it made me love him even more. After that the ending was sweet and gave this romance a lot of depth and left me warm and fuzzy all over.

Rec this? Yes! A heartfelt sexy romance that gave me great characters with a great connection and love story.

Happy reading!
